PENGARUH KARAKTERISTIK INDIVIDU DAN DUKUNGAN SEJAWAT TERHADAP PENGEMBANGAN KARIR PADA DINAS PERTANIAN KABUPATEN MAMASA

This study aims to find out and analyze (1) individualcharacteristics and peer support inthe face of partialcareer development (2) pengaruh individual characteristics and simultaneous peer support to career development (3) variabelthe most dominant effect on career development. The selection of samples in this study was conducted using saturated sampling method (census), where all populations were sampled as many as 78 employees. Data analysis using analisis regresi berganda (Multiple Regression Analysis). The results showed that (1) partially individual characteristics had a significant effect on career development with a score of 18,374and peer support significantly influenced career development with a score of 15,667 (2) simultaneously individual characteristics and peer support significantly influenced career development with a value of 252,704 (3) the most dominant variable affecting career development was the individual characteristic variable with a beta score of 0.570.
