This study aims to determine the effect of competence, work environment, and organizational culture on service quality of employees. This research was conducted at the Bantaeng District Youth and Sports Office by taking 40 employees as the research sample. The results of this study prove that it is partially proven if competence, work environment, and organizational culture affect the quality of employee services. This study also proves that simultaneously competence, work environment and organizational culture have an effect on the quality of employee service. This results in a coefficient of determination of 96.6% which indicates that this research model can explain that the quality of employee service is influenced by 96.6% of this research variable and 3,4% influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
