ANALISIS METODE PELAKSANAAN INVESTASI CONTAINER CRANE REFURBISHMENT DI PELABUHAN SORONG

An investment program that has been evaluated and declared feasible to be implemented does not eliminate the risks that may occur from its implementation. Therefore, in approving an investment program, it should not only be based on a feasibility analysis of investment which is taken into account in decision making, but also make a strategic comparison of implementation methods such as the Independent Investment method, BOT (Built, Operating & Transfer) and the rental method. This study was conducted at Sorong Port managed by PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero), which compares the level of financial risk and profit for each implementation method using analysis tools in the form of Total Net Profit after tax, Total Cash Flow, Net Present Value (NPV). ), Cost and Benafit Ratio (CBR), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period (PP), and risk identification. The results of this study indicate that (1) from the results of the comparison of risks to the 3 investment implementation methods, the BOT (Built, Operating & Transfer) implementation method has the smallest risk (2) for the financial aspect based on the value of Total Cash Flow, NPV, CBR, IRR and Payback Period, the Independent Investment method that has the best advantage (3) from the results of the research the author provides recommendations to the Management of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) to use the Independent Investment implementation method in the Container Crane Refurbishment procurement program at the Port of Sorong.
