The Effect of Human Capital, Work Environment, and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance at the Regional Secretariat of Polewali Mandar Regency, supervised by Muhammad Idris and Harlindah Harniati Arfan. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of (1) partially the effect of Human Capital, Work Environment, and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance at the Regional Secretariat of Polewali Mandar Regency (2) simultaneously the effet of Human Capital, Work Environment and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance at Regional Secretariat of Polewali Mandar Regency (3) the most dominant variable affecting employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Polewali Mandar Regency. This study was conducted on the staff of the Regional Secretariat of Polewali Mandar Regency. The determination of the sample of this study was determined at 40% x 132 of the existing population, namely = 53 employees at the Regional Secretariat of Polewali Mandar Regency. The data collection method used was a questionnaire and distributed to respondents. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study concluded that (1) partially Human Capital and Organizational Commitment had a negative effect, while the Work Environment had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Regional Secretariat of Polewali Mandar Regency. This means that Human Capital and Organizational Commitment have not contributed to improving employee performance while the Work Environment is able to improve Employee Performance at the Regional Secretariat of Polewali Mandar Regency (2) simultaneously Human Capital, Work Environment and Organizational Commitment have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Regional Secretariat of Polewali Mandar Regency (3) partially shows that work environment variables have a dominant influence on the performance of employees at the Regional Secretariat of Polewali Mandar Regency, this shows that the better the work environment will further improve the performance of the employees of the Regional Secretariat of Polewali Mandar Regency. en_US
