Abstract:
Nurmiah. 2021. The Effect of Human Resource Competence, Work Environment and Work Ethic toward the Performance of Civil Servant Employee (ASN) in Mandalle District, Pangkajene and Island Districts, supervised by Maryadi and Sylvia.
This research aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect of human resource competence on employee performance (2) the effect of the work environment on employee performance (3) the effect of morale on employee performance (4) the effect of human resource competence, work environment and work morale toward employee performance.
This research approach used quantitative and conducted at the Mandalle District Office, Pangkajene and Islands Regency from January 2021 to February 2021. The population was all employees of the Mandalle Subdistrict Office, Pangkajene Regency with 38 people. The sampling technique used was saturated sample in which all members of the population were used as a sample, amounting to 38 people. The analysis techniques used in this research are instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple regression test, hypothesis test and determination coefficient test.
The results of this study indicate that (1) the competence of human resources has an effect on employee performance (2) work environment affects employee performance (3) morale has an effect on employee performance (4) competence of human resources, work environment and morale have an effect on employee performance.
