The Effect of Work Motivation, Training and Satisfaction on Employee Performance Improvement at the Education and Culture Office of Polewali Mandar Regency, supervised by Muhammad Idris and Asri. This study aims to analyze (1) the effect partially work motivation, training and satisfaction on improving employee work performance at the Education and Culture Office of Polewali Mandar Regency (2) the simultaneous effect of work motivation, training and satisfaction on improving employee work performance at the Education Office and Culture of Polewali Mandar Regency (3) the most dominant variable affecting the improvement of employee work performance at the Education and Culture Office of Polewali Mandar Regency. This study was conducted on the staff of the Education and Culture Office of Polewali Mandar Regency. Determination of the sample using saturated technique by taking the entire population, as many as 70 employees at the Education and Culture Office of Polewali Mandar Regency. The data collection methods used were questionnaires and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study conclude that (1) partially work motivation, training and satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on the improvement of employee work performance at the Education and Culture Office of Polewali Mandar Regency. This means that work motivation, training and satisfaction can improve employee job performance at the Polewali Mandar Regency Education and Culture Office (2) simultaneously work motivation, training and satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee job performance improvement at the Education and Culture Office of Polewali Regency Mandar (3) partially shows that the Satisfaction variable has a dominant effect on the Improvement of Employee Performance at the Education and Culture Office of Polewali Mandar Regency. This shows that the better the satisfaction, the better the job performance of the Polewali Mandar Regency Education and Culture Office employees. en_US
