The Effect of Training, Leadership and Motivation on Employee Performance at the Youth Sports and Tourism Office of Polewali Mandar Regency, supervised by Muhammad Idris and Harlindah. This study aims to analyze the effect of (1) partially Training, Leadership and Motivation on Improving Employee Performance at the Youth Sports and Tourism Office of Polewali Mandar Regency (2) the simultaneous influence of Training, Leadership and Motivation on Improving Employee Performance at the Department of Youth Sports and Tourism. Polewali Mandar Regency (3) the most dominant variable influencing the Employee Performance Improvement at the Youth Sports and Tourism Office of Polewali Mandar Regency. This study was conducted on the staff of the Youth, Sports and Tourism Office of Polewali Mandar Regency. Determination of the sample using saturated technique by taking the entire population, as many as 33 employees at the Youth Sports and Tourism Office of Polewali Mandar Regency. The data collection methods used were questionnaires and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study concluded that (1) partially Training, Leadership and Motivation had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance Improvement at the Youth Sports and Tourism Office of Polewali Mandar Regency. This means that Training, Leadership and Motivation are able to improve Employee Performance at the Polewali Mandar District Youth Sport and Tourism Service (2) simultaneously Training, Leadership and Motivation have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance Improvement at the Youth Sports and Tourism Office of Polewali Mandar Regency (3) partially shows that the motivation variable has a dominant effect on the improvement of employee performance at the Polewali Mandar District Youth Sport and Tourism Office, this indicates that the better the motivation will further improve the performance of the staff of the Polewali Mandar District Youth Sport and Tourism Office. en_US
