This study was conducted at the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency of Bantaeng Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of recruitment, selection and placement on employee performance at the Personnel and
Human Resources Development Agency of Bantaeng Regency either partially or
simultaneously.
The data obtained through a survey of all employees who are in the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency of Bantaeng Regency, amounting to 45 people. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale which was distributed to all research respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with SPSS 26 software.
The results of this study show that partially recruitment and selection do not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Personnel and Human
Resources Development Agency of Bantaeng Regency. Only placement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Personnel and Human Resources
Development Agency of Bantaeng Regency. Simultaneously, it shows that the recruitment,
selection and placement variables have a positive and significant effect on employee
performance at the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency of Bantaeng
Regency. The author expects employees to maintain and improve their performance. In
particular, the placement of employees, which is one of the factors that can increase the
performance of employees, should be paid more attention.
