This study aims to determine whether the price, product quality, and service quality affect the sales volume of PT. Makassar Graphic Literacy. The population in this study were all print media publisher customers who worked with PT Aksara Grafika Makassar printing as many as 49 publishers and sample determination techniques using field research and library studies. Data analysis using multiple linear regression with analysis tools using SPSS.
The results showed that price, product quality, and service quality simultaneously had a positive and not significant effect on sales volume with the fcount value (10.102)> f-table with the f-count value of 10.102 and the f table of 2.790. The results of multiple regression analysis Y = 3.462 + 0.233 X1 + 0.118 X2 + 0.144 X3. |
