The Effect of Organizational Culture, Independence, and Commitment toward Employee Performance at the Regional Inspectorate of Bantaeng Regency, supervised by Badaruddin and M.Salim. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of organizational culture, independence, and commitment toward the performance of civil servants at the Bantaeng District Inspectorate either partially or simultaneously. This study approach uses quantitative research and conducted in February 2021. Research data were obtained through a survey of all employees who were in the Regional Inspectorate of Bantaeng Regency with 50 people. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale which was distributed to all research respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with SPSS 26 software. The results of this study show that partially organizational culture and independence have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Civil Servants at the Regional Inspectorate of Bantaeng Regency. Meanwhile, commitment does not have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Civil Servants at the Regional Inspectorate of Bantaeng Regency. Simultaneously it shows that the variables of organizational culture, independence and commitment have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Civil Servants at the Regional Inspectorate of Bantaeng Regency. The author expects employees at the Bantaeng District Inspectorate to maintain and improve their performance. In particular, organizational culture and independence are factors that can increase employee performance. en_US
