M. Hasruddin. 2021. The Effect of Organizational Culture, Competence and Career Paths on ASN Performance in the Barru District Education Office, supervised by Maryadi and Harlindah Harniati Arfan. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of organizational culture, competence and career paths toward the performance of ASN in the Barru District Education Office. The study method used is a quantitative method. The population in this study were all ASN employees at the Barru Regency Education Office, totaling 36 people or total sampling. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, t test, and F test. Based on the results of data analysis, ASN performance is affected by organizational culture, competence and career paths. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that (1) Organizational culture has a significant effect on ASN performance. This is evident based on the results of the calculation of the f-count and the t-table calculation is bigger. (2) Competence has a significant effect on ASN performance. This is evident based on the results of the t-count is greater (3) career path has a significant effect on ASN performance and (4) organizational culture, competence and career path simultaneously have a positive effect on ASN performance. This is proved by the results of the F test which obtained the calculated F value greater than the F table at a greater significance level.
