dc.description.abstract Hendrywati. 2021. The Effect of Organizational Culture, Work Motivation, and Discipline on Employee Performance in Bontoramba District Office, Jeneponto Regency, supervised by Maryadi and Harlinda. This study aims to determine and analyze (1) whether Organizational Culture, Discipline and Work Motivation have a partial effect on the performance of Bontoramba District Office Employees, Jeneponto Regency (2) Do Organizational Culture, Discipline and Work Motivation simultaneously influence the performance of Office Employees at Bontoramba District Office Jeneponto (3) Which variable has the most influence on the employee performance of the Bontoramba District Office, Jeneponto Regency. The study was conducted at the District Office of Bontoramba, Jeneponto Regency. This research is quantitative in nature. The sample was determined by using a saturated sampling technique (census), as many as 33 employees. The data collection methods used were questionnaires and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study concluded that (1) Organizational Culture, Discipline and Work Motivation had an effect on the performance of the Office Staff at Bontoramba District, Jeneponto Regency. This means that Organizational Culture, Work Motivation and High Discipline can improve the performance of the Office Staff at Bontoramba District, Jeneponto Regency (2) Organizational Culture, Work Motivation and Discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Office Staff at the Bontoramba District Office, Jeneponto Regency (3) Work Motivation is a variable. the most dominant influence on the employee performance of the District Office of Bontoramba, Jeneponto Regency. en_US
