The Effect of Leadership, Motivation and Competence on Employee Performance at the Regional Secretariat of Polewali Mandar Regency, supervised by Muhammad Idris and Harlindah Harniati Arfan. This study aims to analyze (1) the partial effect of leadership, motivation, and work competence on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Polewali Mandar district (2) the simultaneous effect of leadership, motivation and competence on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Polewali Mandar Regency (3) the most dominant variable influencing Employee Performance at the Regional Secretariat of Polewali Mandar Regency. This study was conducted on the staff of the Regional Secretariat of Polewali Mandar Regency. Determination of the sample using proportional sampling technique simple random sampling, using the Slovin formula with the number of samples studied in this study as many as 57 employees at the Regional Secretariat of Polewali Mandar Regency. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study concluded that (1) partially leadership, motivation and competence have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Polewali Mandar Regency. This means that Leadership, Motivation, and Competence are able to improve Employee Performance at the Regional Secretariat of Polewali Mandar Regency (2) simultaneously Leadership, Motivation and Competence have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Regional Secretariat of Polewali Mandar Regency (3) partially shows that Motivation variable has a dominant effect on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Polewali Mandar Regency, this shows that the better the motivation will increase the employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Polewali Mandar Regency. en_US
