This study aims to analyze the effect of (1) partially work motivation, discipline and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Department of Youth, Sports and Tourism, Kab. Polewali Mandar (2) the simultaneous influence of work motivation, discipline and job satisfaction on Employee Performance at the Youth Sports and Tourism Office, Kab. Polewali Mandar (3) the most dominant variable influencing Employee Performance at the Youth Sports and Tourism Office, Kab. Polewali Mandar.
This study was conducted on employees at the Youth Sports and Tourism Office, Kab. Polewali Mandar. Determination of the sample using saturated technique by taking the entire population, namely as many as 43 employees at the Youth Sports and Tourism District. Polewali Mandar. The data collection methods used were questionnaires and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the study concluded that: partially work motivation, discipline and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Youth Sports and Tourism Office, Kab. Polewali Mandar. This means that work motivation, discipline and job satisfaction can improve Employee Performance at the Youth Sports and Tourism Office, Kab. Polewali Mandar. Simultaneously work motivation, discipline and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Youth Sports and Tourism Office, Kab. Polewali Mandar. Partially it shows that the work motivation variable has a dominant effect on the performance of employees at the Youth Sports and Tourism Office, Kab. Polewali Mandar, this shows that the better the motivation
will further improve the performance of the employees of the District Youth Sports and Tourism Office. Polewali Mandar.
