The Effect of Organizational Communication, Personality and Human Resource Development on Employee Job Performance at BPKAD Barru Regency (supervised by Saban Echdar and Maryadi) This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Organizational Communication, Personality and Human Resource Development Against Employee Job Performance at BPKAD Barru Regency. This research approach uses survey research. The study was conducted at the Barru Regency BPKAD. The time of the study began in January 2020. The study population was all staff of the Barru Regency BPKAD, amounting to 82 people. The sample selection in this study was carried out using the saturated sampling method (census), namely by determining all populations as a total sample of 82 employees. Data analysis uses multiple regression (multiple regression analysis). The results showed that: 1) There was a positive and significant influence of organizational communication, personality and development of human resources individually (partially) on the work performance of BPKAD Barru Regency employees, with a tcount =X1= 8.207, X2=6.102 dan X3=5.772>ttable = 2, 00 Reject H0, Accept H1. so job satisfaction has a significant effect on the work performance of BPKAD employees in Barru Regency. 2) There is a positive and significant influence of organizational communication, personality and human resource development simultan on the work performance of BPKAD Barru Regency employees, where Fitung = 5.382> Fable = 2,82.TolakH0, Accept H1, so that organizational communication, personality and human resource development significantly influence the work performance of BPKAD employees. 3) The most dominant human resource development variable on employee performance in Barru Regency is seen from the greatest coefisien regresi value that is 0.872 with significant value 0.014. en_US
