This study aims to determine and analyze: The influence of the Work Environment, Discipline and Work Ethic on the Productivity of the State Civil Apparatus at the Bapenda Majene Regency Office, as well as the most dominant variable affecting the productivity of the State Civil Apparatus at the Bapenda Office of Majene Regency. This research approach uses quantitative research. The research was conducted at the Bapenda Majene Regency office. When the research was conducted in January 2021. The study population was all employees of the Bapenda Majene Regency office, totaling 65 people The results show that: 1) There is a partially positive and significant influence of the work environment on the productivity of the state civil apparatus of the Bapenda Majene Regency office 2) There is a positive and significant effect of partial discipline on the productivity of the state civil apparatus of the Majene Regency Bapenda office 3) There is no ethos effect work partially on the productivity of the state civil apparatus of the Bapenda office of Majene Regency 4) There is a positive and significant effect simultaneously (simultaneously) on the productivity of the state civil apparatus, the Bapenda office of Majene Regency 5) The discipline variable that has the most dominant influence on the productivity of the state civil apparatus of the Bapenda office Majene Regency.
