The Effect of Leadership, Work Discipline, and Work Motivation on Employee Performance of the Civil Service Police Unit and the Selayar Islands District Fire Brigade, supervised by Ahmad Firman and Mustaking. This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect of leadership, work discipline and work motivation on the performance of the Civil Service Police Unit and the Selayar Islands District Fire Department employees (2) the most dominant variable affects the performance of the Civil Service Police and Fire Service Officers. Selayar Islands Regency. This study approach is a quantitative study that was conducted at the Office of the Civil Service Police Unit and the Selayar Islands District Fire Department from July to August 2020. The population of the study was all employees of the Civil Service Police Unit and the Selayar Islands District Fire Department with a total of 421 people. Sampling in this study was carried out using the simple random sampling technique method, namely taking a sample from a random population, a total sample of 81 people. The results show that (1) partially leadership do not have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Civil Service Police Unit employees and the Selayar Islands District Fire Brigade (2) partially there is a positive andsignificant effect between work discipline and the performance of the Civil Service Police Unit employees and Selayar Islands District Fire Department (3) partially there is a positive and significant effect between work motivation and the performance of employees of the Civil Service Police Unit and the Selayar Islands District Fire Service (4) simultaneously there is a positive and significant effect between leadership, work discipline and motivation work on the performance of the employees of the Civil Service Police Unit and the Selayar Islands District Fire Brigade (5) the variable of work discipline is the most dominant in affecting the performance of the employees of the Civil Service Police Unit and the Fire Service of Selayar Islands Regency. en_US
