This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of education and training, organizational culture, and partial and simultaneous compensation on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Pamboang, Majene Regency.
This study design uses survey research that takes a samples from one population and uses a questionnaire as the main data collection tool. The research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Pamboang, Majene Regency. The time of the study was from October to November 2019. The population in the study were all 50 teachers of SMA Negeri 1 Pamboang, Majene Regency. The sampling technique used in this study is census sampling or saturated sample, ie the number of samples is the entire population. The number of samples in this study were 50 respondents. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis (multiple regression analysis) The results show that (1) there is an effect between training, organizational culture and compensation partially and simultaneously on the performance of teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Pamboang, Majene Regency (2) compensation is the most dominant variable affecting the performance of teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Pamboang, Majene Regency.
