dc.description.abstract Sitti Marliati. 2021. The Effect of Public Service Quality toward Community Satisfaction in Bangkala District, Jeneponto Regency, supervised by Maryadi and Saripuddin D. This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of Responsiveness toward community satisfaction in Bangkala District, Jeneponto Regency (2) the effect of Reliability toward community satisfaction in Bangkala District, Jeneponto Regency (3) the effect of Assurance on community satisfaction in Bangkala District. Jeneponto Regency (4) the effect of Empathy toward community satisfaction in Bangkala District, Jeneponto Regency (5) the effect of Tangibles toward community satisfaction in Bangkala District, Jeneponto Regency (6) the effect of Responsiveness, Reliability, Assurance, Attention, and Tangibles simultaneously toward community satisfaction in Bangkala District, Jeneponto Regency. This study was conducted on employees of Bangkala District, Jeneponto Regency. The sample was determined by using a saturated sampling technique (census), with as many as 33 employees. The data collection methods used were questionnaires and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study conclude that (1) partially responsiveness has a positive and significant effect toward community satisfaction in Bangkala District, Jeneponto Regency (2) partially, reliability has a positive and significant effect toward community satisfaction in Bangkala District, Jeneponto Regency (3) partially shows that assurance affects positive and significant effect toward community satisfaction in Bangkala District, Jeneponto Regency (4) partially shows that empathy has a positive and significant effect toward community satisfaction in Bangkala District, Jeneponto Regency (5) partially shows tangible has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction in Bangkala District, Jeneponto Regency (6) Simultaneously Responsiveness, Reliability, Assurance, Attention, and Tangibles have a simultaneous effect toward community satisfaction in Bangkala District, Jeneponto Regency. en_US
