Performance at the Department of Women Empowerment and Child Protection in Majene

This study aims to determine and analyze (1) Effect of training on performance (2) Effect of motivation on performance (3) Effect of work discipline on performance (4) Effect of training, motivation and work discipline on performance.
This research was conducted at the Department of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection, Majene Regency. This research used a quantitative approach with this type of survey research which was analyzed using multiple regression. The data used are primary data and secondary data obtained from the technique of distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents to employees of the Department of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection, Majene Regency.
The results showed that (1) training partially affects performance (2) motivation partially affects performance (3) partially work discipline does not have a significant effect on performance (4) training, motivation and work discipline simultaneously affect performance.
