This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of workload, motivation, and position analysis partially toward Civil Servant (ASN) career development at the Marine and Fisheries Office in Selayar Islands Regency (2) the effect of workload, motivation, and position analysis simultaneously toward ASN career development at the Marine and Fisheries Office in Selayar Islands Regency (3) the most dominant variable affecting ASN career development at the Marine and Fisheries Office in Selayar Islands Regency This study method used a quantitative methods that was conducted at the Marine and Fisheries Office in Selayar Islands Regency from July to August 2020.
The population in this study were ASN who worked at the Marine and Fisheries Office in Selayar Islands Regency by 45 samples. Hypothesis testing used a multiple linear regression. The instrument used in this data collection used a questionnaire. The questionnaire technique was a data collection technique that carried out by giving a number of questions or statements in writing to each respondent who has been previously determined to be answered or responded to, Sugiyono (2017).
The results show that (1) workload has a positive and significant effect toward career development for ASN at the Marine and Fisheries Office in Selayar Islands Regency (2) motivation has no effect toward career development for ASN at the Marine and Fisheries Office of Selayar Islands Regency (3) job analysis has a positive and significant effect (4) workload, motivation, and job analysis simultaneously affects the ASN career development of the Marine and Fisheries Office in Selayar Islands Regency (5) workload is the most dominant variable affecting career development of ASN Marine and Fisheries Office in Selayar Islands Regency. |
