Abstract:
Rusli Mare. 2020. The Effect of Employee Competence, Motivation and Coordination on Employee Performance at the Barru District Secretariat (supervised by Muhammad Idris and Sylvia Sjarlis)
This study aims to determine and analyze: the effect of competence, motivation and coordination of employees on employee performance at the Barru district secretariat, as well as the most dominant variable influencing employee performance at the Barru Regency Secretariat.
This research approach uses survey research. The study was conducted at the Barru Regency Secretariat. The time of the study began in January 2020. The study population was all staff of the Barru Regency Secretariat, amounting to 95 people. The sample selection in this study was carried out using the saturated sampling method (census), namely by determining all populations as a total sample of 95 employees.
The results showed that: 1) There was a positive and significant effect of competency individually (partially) on the performance of the Barru Regency Secretariat staff, with a count of 4,675 and 4,998> table = 2.00. Reject H0, Accept H1. so that competence has a significant effect on the performance of Barru Regency Secretariat employees. There is a positive and significant effect of motivation together (simultaneously) on the performance of Barru Regency Secretariat staff, where Fitung = 5.819> Fable = 2.65. TolakH0, Accept H1, so that competence, motivation and coordination have a significant effect on the
performance of the Barru Regency Secretariat staff.
