The Influence of Archives Management, Education Level and Work Facilities on Service Quality at the Office of the Library and Archives Service of Majene Regency (supervised by Ahmad Firman and Badaruddin) This study aims to determine and analyze: The Effect of Archives Management, Education Level and Work Facilities on Service Quality at the Office of the Library and Archives Service of Majene Regency, as well as the most dominant variable influencing Service Quality at the Office of the Library and Archives Service of Majene Regency. This research approach uses quantitative research. The research was conducted at the Office of the Library and Archives of Majene Regency. When the research was carried out in January 2021. The study population was all employees of the Office of Libraries and Archives of Majene Regency, amounting to 56 people. The results show that: 1) There is no partial influence of archive management on the quality of service at the Office of Library and Archives Service of Majene Regency 2) There is no influence on the level of education partially on service quality at the Office of Library and Archives Department of Majene Regency 3) There is an influence positive and significant work facilities on service quality at the Office of Library and Archives Office of Majene Regency 4) There is a positive and significant influence simultaneously (simultaneously) on the quality of service at the Office of Library and Archives Office of Majene Regency 5) The most dominant work facilities have an effect on service quality at the Office of the Library and Archives of Majene Regency
