dc.description.abstract Sudarman. 2021. The Effect of Leadership, Motivation, and Work Environment on Employee Performance in the Office of the Central Sinjai District, Sinjai Regency, supervised by Sylvia Sjarlis and Salim S. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, motivation, and work environment on the employee performance of the Central Sinjai District Office, Sinjai Regency. The population of this study were 40 employees of the Office of the Central Sinjai District, Sinjai Regency. Sampling using saturated samples with a sample size of 40 people. The results of this study indicate that (1) Leadership (X1) has no positive and insignificant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with the statistical results of tcount of -0.02 smaller than ttable 2.030 with a regression coefficient value of 0.983 less than 0.05. (2) Motivation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with the statistical results of tcount 2.57 greater than ttable 2.030 with a regression coefficient value of 0.015 less than 0.05 (3) Work Environment (X3) has a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with statistical results tcount of 1.79 is greater than ttable 2.030 with a regression coefficient value of 0.083 less than 0.05 (4) Job Training (X4) has a positive and significant effect on performance Employee (Y) with the statistical results of tcount of 2.14 is greater than t table of 2.030 with a regression coefficient value of 0.039 which is smaller than 0.05. Sticks simultaneously Leadership (X1), Motivation (X2), Work Environment (X3) and Job Training (X4) have an effect on Employee Performance (Y) with the statistical results Fcount of 7.83 this value is greater than Ftable which is 2.64 with probability 0.000. Because the probability value is much less than 0.05. en_US
