This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of leadership, work motivation, organizational commitment to the performance of the Civil Service Organization of the Investment Service, One Stop Services and Labor in the Selayar Islands Regency.
This study approach uses a quantitative study conducted at the Investment Service, One Stop Service and Manpower of the Selayar Islands Regency in July- September 2020. The study population is all employees of the Investment Service, One Stop Service and Workforce of the Selayar Islands Regency by 49 employees. The sample selection in this study used a saturated sample by taking the entire namely the entire population was judged as a sample so that the sample in this study was 49 people. The analysis technique used in this research is the validity, reliability, t hypothesis test, f hypothesis test, and the coefficient of determination. The data in this study were processed using SPSS 22.
The results of this study indicate that (1) leadership has an effect on the performance of the Civil Service Organization of the Investment Service, One Stop Service and Manpower of the Selayar Islands Regency (2) motivation has an effect on the performance of the ASN of the Investment Service, One Stop Service and Labor of the Selayar Islands Regency Organizational commitment has an effect on the performance of the Civil Service Organization of the Investment Service, One Stop Services and the Workers of the Selayar Islands Regency.
