This study aims to (1) identify and partially analyze the influence of competence, motivation, and organizational culture on the performance of the employees of the Office of Trade in Luwu Regency (2) to know and analyze the effect of competence, motivation, and organizational culture simultaneously on the performance of the employees of the Office of Trade. Luwu Regency (3) to determine and analyze the dominant influence between competence, work motivation, and organizational culture on the performance of the employees of the Luwu Regency Trade Office.
This research approach uses survey research. The research was conducted at the Luwu Regency Trade Office. When the research was conducted from December 2020 to January 2021. The study population was all civil servants of the Luwu Regency Trade Office, totaling 58 people. The sample selection in this study was carried out using the census or full sampling method, in which the entire population was used as respondents.
The results showed that (1) competence and motivation had a positive and partially significant effect on employee performance, while organizational culture did not have a partially significant effect on employee performance at the Luwu Regency Trade Office (2) competence, motivation and organizational culture had a significant effect simultaneously on employee performance. The Luwu Regency Trade Office (3) has the most dominant influence motivation among all the independent variables.
