Herlina. 2021. The Effect of Transformational Leadership, Motivation, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance in the Mandalle District Office, Pangkajene and Islands Regencies, supervised by Badaruddin and Haerana.
This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance (2) the effect of motivation on employee performance (3) the effect of work discipline on employee performance (4) the effect of transformational leadership, motivation, and work discipline on employee performance.
This research approach uses quantitative research. The research was conducted at the Mandalle District Office, Pangkajene and Islands Regency. When the research was conducted from January 2021 to February 2021. The study population was all employees of the Mandalle Subdistrict Office, Pangkajene Regency and the Archipelago, totaling 38 people. In this study, the sampling technique used was saturated sample in which all members of the population were used as a sample, amounting to 38 people. The analysis techniques used in this research are instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple regression test, hypothesis test and determination coefficient test.
The results of this study indicate that (1) there is an effect between transformational leadership on employee performance (2) there is an effect between motivation on employee performance (3) there is an effect of work discipline on employee performance (4) there is an effect of transformational leadership, motivation, and work discipline on employee performance |
