This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership, organizational climate and work motivation on the performance of civil servants at the Mamasa District Agriculture Office, West Sulawesi Province.
This study used a quantitative research method. The population in this study were 180 employees at the Mamasa Regency Agriculture Office, West Sulawesi Province and the determination of the number of samples was 5 times the number of variables to be studied, so the number was 75 people.
The results showed that based on the partial test it was found that the transformational leadership variable had no effect on performance, as well as the work motivation variable, while the organizational climate variable had an effect on performance, while the simultaneous testing of transformational leadership, organizational climate and work motivation variables simultaneously affected the performance. performance. The results showed that the coefficient of determination (R2) was 0.811, this means that as much as 81% of performance is influenced by transformational leadership, organizational climate and work motivation, while 19% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.
