This study aims to analyze the effect of principal leadership, work motivation, and discipline toward teacher performance in public elementary schools in Benteng District, Selayar Islands Regency.
This study design uses survey research that takes a sample from one population and uses a questionnaire as the main data collection tool. The research was carried out at Public Elementary Schools in Benteng District, Selayar Islands Regency with a sample of 32 people.
The results showed that the principal leadership variable and work motivation variable have no significant effect on the performance of SDN teachers in Benteng District, Selayar Islands Regency. However, the teacher discipline variable has a positive and partially significant effect on the performance of public elementary school teachers in Benteng District, Selayar Islands Regency. The three variables, namely the principal's leadership, work motivation and discipline have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on the performance of SDN teachers in Benteng District, Selayar Islands Regency.
