This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect between management information systems and standard operating procedures partially and simultaneously (2) the most dominant variable affecting employee performance at the Village Community Empowerment Office in Majene Regency.
The population in this study were all employees at the Village Community Empowerment Office of Majene Regency with 43 people. The sampling technique used a saturated sampling (census), so that all populations were sampled as many as 43 employees at the Village Community Empowerment Office, Majene Regency. This study used a survey method with regression analysis techniques using a questionnaire instrument with a Likert scale.
The results show that (1) management information systems and standard operating procedures have a partial and simultaneous effect toward the performance of employees at the Village Community Empowerment Office in Majene Regency (2) standard operating procedure is the most dominant variable affecting employee performance, namely standard operating procedures with value standardized beta (0.362)> 0.311.
