Analysis of The Effect of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) and Work Environment toward Employee Performance at the Environmental Service Office in Pinrang Regency, supervised by Mashur Razak and Mukhtar Hamzah. This study aims to (1) analyze the effect of occupational health and safety (K3) and work environment partially and simultaneously (2) the most dominant variable affecting the performance of employees at the Environment Services Office in Pinrang. This study approach used a survey study. The study was conducted at the Environmental Services Office in Pinrang Regency within 2 months (November to December 2019). The population in this study were all employees at the Environmental Services Office in Pinrang Regency with 47 respondents. The sample was determined by the saturation sampling technique (census) that all populations were sampled as many as 47 employees. Data analysis techniques used quantitative which obtained from the results of the questionnaire using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that (1) partially (X1) occupational health and safety (K3) variables have a positive and significant effect toward employee performance with a value of 0.307 while simultaneously also positive and significant with the number 0.774 or 77.4 (3) environment work is the most dominant variable affecting employee performance. en_US
