Amri. 2021. The Effect of Competence, Integrity and Motivation on Employees of the
Regional Secretariat of Polewali Mandar Regency, supervised by Muhammad Idris and Deddy Rahwandi.
This study aims to analyze the effect of (1) partially leadership, organizational climate and work discipline on the performance of the employees of the Regional Secretariat of Polewali Mandar Regency (2) the simultaneous influence of competence, integrity and motivation on the performance of the employees of the Regional Secretariat Office of Polewali Mandar Regency (3). the most dominant variable influencing the performance of the Polewali Mandar District Secretariat Staff.
This research was conducted on the personnel of the Regional Secretariat Office of Polewali Mandar Regency. Determination of the sample using saturated technique by taking the entire population, as many as 90 employees. The data collection methods used were questionnaires and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the study concluded that: Partially Competence, Integrity and Motivation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Polewali Mandar District Secretariat Staff. This means that Competence, Integrity and
Motivation can improve the performance of the Polewali Mandar District Secretariat
Staff. Simultaneously Competence, Integrity and Motivation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Polewali Mandar District Office Staff.
Partially it shows that the motivation variable has a dominant effect on the employees
of the Regional Secretariat Office of Polewali Mandar Regency, the employees of the
Regional Secretariat of the Polewali Mandar Regency, this shows that the better the
motivation the better the employee's performance. |
