This study aims to determine and analyze the effect partially and simultaneously Servant Leadership, Organizational Culture and Organizational Climate on Employee Job Satisfaction at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of the Selayar Islands Regency.
This study approach uses quantitative research. The research was conducted at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of the Selayar Islands Regency. When the research was conducted starting in February 2021.
The study population was all 80 employees of the Population and Civil Registration Office of the Selayar Islands Regency. The sample selection in this study was carried out using a saturated sampling method (census) by determining all populations as a total sample of 80 employees.
The results show that (1) Servant Leadership and Organizational Climate partially have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Selayar Islands Regency, while Organizational Culture has no effect (2) Servant Leadership, Organizational Culture and Organizational Climate simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of the Selayar Islands Regency. |
