The Effect of Job Satisfaction, Work Discipline, and Work Ethic on Employee Performance of the Regional Personnel, Education and Training Agency of the Selayar Islands Regency, supervised by Ahmad Firman and Harlindah Harniati Arfan. This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of job satisfaction, work discipline and work ethic partially on employee performance at the Regional Personnel, Education and Training Agency of Selayar Islands Regency (2) the effect of job satisfaction, work discipline and work ethic simultaneously on employee performance in the Regional Personnel, Education and Training Agency of the Selayar Islands Regency (3) the most dominant variable influences the performance of employees at the Regional Civil Service, Education and Training Agency of the Selayar Islands Regency. This study design uses survey research. The research was conducted at the Regional Personnel, Education and Training Agency of the Selayar Islands Regency. When the research was conducted from July 2020 to August 2020. The population in this study were all employees of the Regional Civil Service, Education and Training Agency of the Selayar Islands Regency, totaling 41 people. The sample used is the entire population, with the sampling technique is total sampling, (census) as many as 41 employees of the Regional Personnel, Education and Training Agency of the Selayar Islands Regency. The data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis. The results show that (1) There was an effect of job satisfaction, work discipline and work ethic partially on the performance of employees at the Regional Personnel, Education and Training Agency of Selayar Islands Regency, with each tcount 2.593> t table 2.026., Tcount 2.924 > t table 2.026., and t count value 2.460> t table 2.026 (2) From the results of the F test or testing simultaneously shows that Fcount is 31.011, greater than F table = 2.86. The results of the analysis show that the independent variable ( X) the factors of job satisfaction, work discipline and work ethic simultaneously have a significant effect on the employee performance of the Regional Personnel, Education and Training Agency of Selayar Islands Regency by 71.5% while the remaining 28.5% is influenced by other variables not included in this study ( 3) From the research also obtained the answer that among job satisfaction, work discipline and work ethic, then Work Discipline (X2) is n the most dominant factor influencing the employee performance of the Regional Personnel, Education and Training Agency of the Selayar Islands Regency. en_US
