Culture on Employee Performance of Class III Jeneponto Port Administration Unit

This study aims to analyze the effect of (1) partially Competence, Work Motivation and Work Culture on Employee Performance at the Office of the Class III Jeneponto Port Administration Unit (2) the simultaneous effect of Competence, Work Motivation and Work Culture on Employee Performance at the Port Administration Unit Office Class III Jeneponto (3) the most dominant variable affects the Employee Performance at the Class III Jeneponto Port Administration Unit Office.
This study was conducted on the employees of the Class III Jeneponto Port Administration Unit. Determination of the sample using saturated technique by taking
the entire population, as many as 60 employees. The data collection methods used
were questionnaires and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive
statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the study conclude that (1) partially Competence, work motivation, and work culture have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Jeneponto Class III Port Administration Unit Office. This means that competence, work motivation, and work culture can improve employee performance at the Jeneponto Class III Port Administration Unit Office (2) simultaneously Competence, work motivation and work culture have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Class III Port Administration Unit Office, Jeneponto (3) partially shows that work culture is a variable that has a dominant effect toward performance at the Jeneponto Class III Port Operational Unit Office. This shows that the better the work culture of the employees will further improve the Employee Performance of the Class III Jeneponto Port Administration
