The Effect of Work Commitment and Employee Discipline Quality on Employee Performance through Employee Empowerment at the Transportation Service of Selayar Islands Regency, supervised by Mashur Razak and Anshar Daud This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work commitment and the quality of employee discipline on employee performance through employee empowerment at the Transportation Agency of Selayar Islands Regency. The method used is in the form of a survey method through distributing questionnaires. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents, with sampling using convenience sampling technique. The data analysis method used is data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test, F test and path analysis. The results of the study concluded that work commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The quality of employee discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Employee empowerment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee empowerment. The quality of employee discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee empowerment. Work commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee empowerment.
