Eddy Selamat. 2020. The Effect of the Human Resources Quality, Work Discipline,
and Work Environment toward the State Civil Apparatus Performance (Case Study at the Fishery Office in Pinrang Regency), supervised by Muhammad Idris and Deddy Rahwandi.
The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of the quality of human resources, work discipline, and work environment toward the ASN performance at the Fishery Office in Pinrang Regency.
This study approach is quantitative with 47 respondents took as samples.
The instrument used to test the feasibility of a question in the questionnaire was the validity and reliability test. The data analysis method used was the classic assumption test which strengthened by the normality test and the multicorrelation test. In testing the hypothesis included multiple linear regression analysis, t test, and the test of the model determination (F and R2 tests) with SPSS v19.0. From the results of the study, the variable work discipline is the most dominant affect the ASN performance at the Fishery Office in Pinrang Regency with a t test result of 0.563. The work environment variable has a positive effect toward the State Civil Apparatus performance with t test results of 0.284. The variable quality of human resources also has a positive effect toward the ASN
performance even though the t test results are the smallest by 0.090. |
