The Influence of Leadership Style, Organizational Communication and Human Resource Development on Employee Performance at the Regional Research and Development Agency for Pangkep Regency (supervised by Maryadi and Saripuddin) This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style, organizational communication and human resource development partially and simultaneously on employee work performance at the Regional Research and Development Agency of Pangkep Regency, as well as the most dominant variable influencing employee work performance at the Regional Research and Development Agency. Pangkep Regency. The research approach is a survey approach. The research was conducted at the Regional Research and Development Agency of Pangkep Regency. The research period was November to December 2019. This study used a survey method. The population in this study were all employees of the Regional Research and Development Agency of Pangkep Regency, as many as 43 people. Sampling in this study using a saturated sampling technique (census) in which all the population in this study were sampled. The sample used in this study were 43 people. The data analysis used was Multiple Regression Analysis. The results showed that there was an influence of leadership style on employee work performance at the Regional Research and Development Agency of Pangkep Regency and there was also an influence of organizational communication on employee work performance at the Regional Research and Development Agency of Pangkep Regency, but on human resource development variables there was no significant influence. significant towards the work performance of the employees of the Regional Research and Development Agency of Pangkep Regency. From the results of the F test or testing simultaneously shows that the independent / independent variable (X) factor of leadership style, organizational communication and human resource development simultaneously has a significant effect on the work performance of the employees of the Regional Research and Development Agency of Pangkep Regency by 77.2% while the rest 22.8% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. From the analysis of the three independent / independent variables (leadership style, organizational communication and human resource development), it is found that leadership style (X1) is the most dominant factor influencing the work performance of the employees of the Regional Research and Development Agency of Pangkep Regency. en_US
