This study aims to analyze the effect of the level of education, training and work experience on the service performance of the Head of Affairs in Se Village, Malili District, and East Luwu Regency.
This research approach uses quantitative research. The research was conducted in 14 villages in Malili District, East Luwu Regency. When the research was conducted starting February 2021. The population in this study was as many as 124 people including 14 village heads, 14 village secretaries and 100 people from the BPD (Village Consultative Body) element. The sample in this study were 70 people or 55% of the population.
The results of this study indicate that (1) the level of education does not have a significant effect on the service performance of the Head of Affairs in villages in Malili District, East Luwu Regency (2) Training and work experience have a partial effect on the service performance of Heads of Affairs in Villages in Malili District, East Luwu Regency (3) The level of education, training, and work experience have a simultaneous effect on the service performance of the Heads of Affairs in villages in Malili District, Luwu TImur Regency (4) The work experience variable has the most significant effect on the service performance of the Head of Affairs in Villages in Malili District, Luwu TImur Regency.
