The Effect of Work Discipline, Individual Characteristics and Leadership Style on the Performance of Hospital Staff in the City of Parepare, supervised by Mashur Razak and Mukhtar Hamzah. This study aims (1) to analyze the work discipline of employees having a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Hospital in Parepare City (2) to analyze the influence of individuals who have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Hospital in Parepare City (3) to analyze Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at hospitals in Parepare City (4) to analyze work discipline, individual influence, and leadership style have a positive and significant effect together on employee performance at hospitals in Parepare City (5). analyzing the variables that most influence the Employee Performance of the Regional General Hospital in the City of Parepare. The population in this study were 52 employees of the Parepare City Hospital. In this study, data using random techniques (random sampling). The research was carried out for 3 (three) months from September 2019 to November 2019. The statistical analysis of the study used multiple linear regression analysis (multiple regression analysis) with data processing using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that Work Discipline (X1), Individual Characteristics (X2) and Leadership Style (X3) partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Hospital Employee Performance (Y) while the test results partially show that individual facts (X2 )) which has the most influence on the performance of the employees of the Parepare City Regional General Hospital. en_US
