This study aims to analyze the effect of Class Management and Teacher Competence on the Effectiveness of the Teaching and Learning Process, either partially or simultaneously.
This research was conducted at Madrasah Aliyah Attaqwa Jampue during October to November 2019. The data source in this study is secondary data which is sourced from information at research institutions, scientific journals and books related to research objects and primary data obtained directly from the respondent or the sample in this study. Data analysis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis.
The results showed that (1) Classroom Management of teachers had a positive
and significant effect on the Effectiveness of the Teaching and Learning Process at
Madrasah Aliyah Attaqwa Jampue (2) Teacher competence had a positive and significant effect on the Effectiveness of the Teaching and Learning Process at Madrasah Aliyah Attaqwa Jampue (3) Class management and teacher competence simultaneously simultaneous positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process at Madrasah Aliyah Attaqwa Jampue.
