The Effect of Motivation, Organizational Culture, and Work Experience toward the Employee Performance Productivity at the Investment and One Stop Integrated Offices in Majene Regency, supervised by Saban Echdar and Fatmasari. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze (1) the effect of motivation, organizational culture, and work experience partially and simultaneously toward the work productivity of employees at the Investment and One Stop Office in Majene Regency (2) the most dominant variable affecting employee performance at Investment and One Stop Services Office in Majene Regency. The study approach used was a survey approach which is conducted at the Investment and One Stop Services Office in Majene Regency from October to November 2019. This study used a survey method. With a population of all employees of the Department of Investment and One Stop Services, Majene Regency as many as 56 people. Sampling in this study using a saturated sampling technique (census) in which all the population in this study were sampled. The sample used in this study were 56 people. This study uses Multiple Regression Analysis. The results show that (1) there is a positive and significant effect toward motivation, organizational culture, and work experience partially and simultaneously on the work productivity of the employees of the Department of Investment and One Stop Services in Majene Regency (2) motivation is the most dominant affecting employee productivity at the Investment and One Stop Services in Majene Regency. en_US
