The Influence of Coaching, Implementation of Supervision and Principal Leadership Style on the Performance of Boss Fund Managers at Junior High Schools in Majene Regency, supervised by Ahmad Firman and Badaruddin This study aims to determine and analyze: The Influence of Coaching, Implementation of Supervision and Principal Leadership Style on the Performance of BOS Fund Managers in Junior High Schools in Majene Regency, as well as the most dominant variable influencing the Performance of BOS Fund Managers at SMP in Majene Regency. This research approach uses quantitative research. The research was conducted at SMP in Majene Regency. When the research was conducted starting in January 2021. The population of the study were all 105 managers of the BOS Fund for SMP in Majene Regency. The results show that: 1) There is a positive and significant influence of coaching, implementation of supervision and leadership style of school principals partially on the performance of BOS Fund managers for SMP in Majene Regency 2) There is a positive and significant effect of coaching, implementation of supervision and leadership style of school principals together (simultaneously) on the performance of BOS Fund managers for SMP throughout Majene Regency 3) The implementation of supervision has the most dominant influence on the Performance of BOS Fund Managers for SMP throughout Majene Regency en_US
