Abstract:
Idham. 2021. The Effect of Discipline, Work Motivation, and Placement toward Employee Performance in East Banggae District, Majene Regency, supervised by Ahmad Firman and Saripuddin D.
This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect of discipline, work motivation, and placement partially toward the performance of employees in East Banggae District, Majene Regency (2) the effect of discipline, work motivation, and placement simultaneously toward Employee performance of East Banggae District, Majene Regency (3) the most dominant variable affects the employee performance of Banggae Timur District, Majene Regency.
This study was conducted in Banggae Timur District, Majene Regency from October to November 2019. This study used a survey method. The population in this study were 60 employees in East Banggae District, Majene Regency. This study was conducted using a saturated sampling technique (census), namely sampling by took the entire population of 60 people. Data analysis was performed using statistical analysis, namely simple and plural regression, simple correlation, partial and multiple, all measurements were carried out at a significant level of 0.05.
The results show that (1) there is an effect of discipline, work motivation, and placement partially toward the performance of employees of the East Banggae District of Majene Regency with 75.5%, 83.7%, 81.2%., (2) there is an effect between discipline, work motivation, and placement simultaneously toward the performance of employees in East Banggae Subdistrict, Majene Regency, by 86.8%.
