Abstract:

This study aims to determine the effect of teamwork, training, and development as well as work facilities toward the performance of the employees at the Agriculture and Food Security Office in Selayar Islands Regency. The sample was 89 and analyzed by multiple linear regression.
The results of the study partially obtained that teamwork coefficient value of 0.342 with a significance of 0.000, training and development 0.473 with a significance of 0.000, and work facilities -0.021 with a significance of 0.810 on employee performance. Simultaneously, the results obtained from the regression value of teamwork, training and development and work facilities on employee performance are 28.882 with a significance of 0.000 and a coefficient of determination of 0.505. With the conclusion that partially teamwork and training and development have a significant positive effect while work facilities do not have a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously teamwork, training and development, and work facilities have a significant positive effect on employee performance with 50, 5% and it can be explained.
Building a good system of cooperation and technical strengthening of employees is needed to improve employee performance, whereas if the infrastructure is not in accordance with the needs of the job, it will reduce employee performance in the context of providing public services.
