This study aims to (1) Know and analyze the effect of education, training and discipline partially on employee performance at AMI-AIPI Makassar (2) determine and analyze the effect of education, training and human resource discipline simultaneously on employee performance at AMI- AIPI Makassar (3) determine and analyze which variables have the most dominant influence on employee performance at AMI-AIPI Makassar.
The study design used is quantitative research. The scale of measuring the data in this study uses the Likert scale. Testing research instruments using the level of validity and reliability. The data collection method in this study is to use a survey with a questionnaire instrument that is distributed to respondents. The data analysis technique used is quantitative data analysis techniques obtained from the results of the questionnaire using multiple linear regression analysis (multiple regression analysis). Multiple linear analysis was carried out to see the effect of the independent variable (X) shown by Education, Training, and Discipline on the dependent variable (Y) as indicated by performance.
The results show that simultaneously it shows that the variables of education, training and discipline have an effect on employee performance, which means that an increase in education, training and discipline will affect the performance of AMI-AIPI Makassar employees by 97.2%
