The Effect of Discipline, Work Spirit and Work Motivation on Employee Performance of the Majene Regency Investment Service and One Stop Integrated Services, supervised by Saban Echdar and Maryadi. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of discipline, work morale, and work motivation partially and simultaneously on employee performance at the Department of Investment and One Stop Services, Majene Regency. This research design uses survey research that takes a sample from one population and uses a questionnaire as the main data collection tool. The research was carried out at the Department of Investment and One Stop Services, Majene Regency. The research time was from October to November 2019. The population in the study were all employees of the Investment Service and One Stop Services in Majene Regency, totaling 56 people. The sampling technique used in this study was census sampling or saturated samples, that is, the sample size represents all populations. The number of samples in this study were 56 respondents. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis (multiple regression analysis) The results showed that (1) there was an influence between discipline, work morale and work motivation partially and simultaneously on the performance of the employees of the Department of Investment and One Stop Services in Majene Regency (2) work motivation was the most dominant variable affecting the performance of the employees of the Department of Investment.
