Jabbar. 2020. Development of Human Resources Competence and Its Effect on
Employee Performance at the Regional Secretariat of Pinrang Regency (Saban Echdar
and Maryadi).
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of human resource competence
which consists of knowledge, skills and attitudes partially and simultaneously on the
performance of employees at the Regional Secretariat of Pinrang Regency, as well as
the most dominant variables affecting the performance of employees at the Regional
Secretariat of Pinrang Regency.
This research approach uses survey research. The research was carried out at the Regional Secretariat of Pinrang Regency. When the research was conducted from
September 2019 to November 2019. The population used in this study were all employees at the Regional Secretariat of Pinrang Regency, totaling 92 people. The sample is part of the number and characteristics of the population. The sample selection in this study was carried out using the simple random sampling method (random) by determining a random sample of 40 employees at the Regional Secretariat of Pinrang Regency. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis (multiple regression analysis).
The results showed that the competence of human resources consisting of knowledge,
skills and attitudes partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees at the
Regional Secretariat of Pinrang Regency, as well as the most dominant knowledge
variable had an effect on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Pinrang
Regency. |
