This study aims to determine and analyze: The Effect of Work Motivation, Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction on the Performance of ASN Financial Management Agency, Regional Income and Assets of Selayar Islands Regency.
This research approach uses survey research. The research was conducted at the Regional Financial, Revenue and Asset Management Agency of Selayar Islands Regency. When the research was conducted starting in August 2020. The study population was all ASN Financial Management Agency, Regional Income and Asset of Selayar Islands Regency, totaling 57 people. The sample selection in this study was carried out using a saturated sampling method (census) by determining all populations as a total sample of 57 ASN people.
The results showed that: 1) There was a positive and significant effect of work motivation independently (partially) on the performance of ASN Financial Management Agency, Regional Income and Assets of Selayar Islands Regency, with tcount = 2.327> t table = 2.00. 2) There is no positive and significant influence of organizational culture individually (partially) on the performance of ASN Financial Management Agency, Regional Income and Assets of Selayar Islands Regency, with tcount = 0.804 < ttabel = 2.00. 3) There is a positive and significant effect of job satisfaction individually (partially) on the performance of ASN Financial Management Agency, Regional Income and Assets of Selayar Islands Regency, with tcount = 2.333> 2.00. 4). There is a joint (simultaneous) influence on work
motivation, organizational culture, and job satisfaction on the performance of ASN Financial Management Agency, Regional Income and Assets of Selayar Islands Regency, where Fcount = 48.550> Ftable = 2.78. Based on the research results, the coefficient of determination (R2) was 0.733 or (73.3%). This shows that 73.3% of ASN performance is influenced by work motivation, organizational culture, and job satisfaction. Meanwhile, 26.7% was influenced by other variables not included in this research model.
