The Effect of Organizational Culture, Work Spirit, and Job Satisfaction toward Employee Work Productivity at the Food Security Office of Mamasa Regency, West Sulawesi, supervised by Badaruddin and Asniwati. This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect of organizational culture, work morale and job satisfaction on employee work productivity at the Food Security Office of Mamasa Regency, West Sulawesi (2) the simultaneous effect of organizational culture, work morale, and job satisfaction toward work productivity. staff at the Food Security Office of Mamasa Regency, West Sulawesi. This study approach uses a survey method. The research was conducted at the Food Security Service of Mamasa Regency, West Sulawesi. When the research was conducted from January 2021 to February 2021. The population of this research was all employees of the Food Security Service of Mamasa Regency, West Sulawesi, amounting to 59 people. The sample selection in this study was carried out using a saturated sampling method (census) by determining all populations as a total sample of 59 employees. The results showed that (1) there is a partial positive and significant effect of organizational culture on the work productivity of employees at the Food Security Office of Mamasa Regency, West Sulawesi (2) there is a positive and significant effect toward work morale partially on employee work productivity at the Food Security Office of Mamasa Regency, West Sulawesi (3) There is a partial positive and significant effect of job satisfaction on employee work productivity at the Food Security Service of Mamasa Regency, West Sulawesi (4) There is a positive and significant effect on organizational culture, work morale and job satisfaction simultaneously on employee work productivity at the Department.
